If you either disable the 1.4.2 plugin (revert to using the IE VM) OR if you switch to using the 1.3.1_xx plugin everything works just fine .. when you switch back to the 1.4.2 plugin .. you start getting the 401 HTTP status and errors again from IIS and Class Not Found exceptions from the plugin.
