Jan 08, 2013 · There is no 16 Bit Application support in 64 Bit at all. So if you have Windows 64 Bit you dont have support for 16 Bit. It is a limit of the architecture just like the limitation of 32 Bit only being able to use 3.2GB of RAM.

Jun 03, 2015 · Hello guys. I have an old laptop and I'm running Windows 10 latest build on it because I'm a geek. It is working fine. I tried installing Pro Evolution Soccer 6 (I used to do it all the time in Windows 8.1, just needs enabling 16 bit application support) When I tried to enable it in this Windows 10 I get FONDUE.exe something.
