I opened Activity Monitor on my OSX to review the %CPU being used, and noticed that VirtualBox VM is running anywhere between 98-106% of the CPU:. ATI driver 9.11 solves the problem, but only works with Ubuntu 9.10 or an earlier version! Nirvey, you earned your Point, really I hope the full (means not buggy) 3D Support is available to Ubuntu 10.04 as well soon!
