Tighten attaching nut on left side of clutch pedal. Reinstall clutch master cylinder push rod to the cross shaft lever pin. Pump clutch pedal several times to reset position of shaft to the pedal slot (this step is mandatory). Remove clutch master cylinder push rod from lever pin and evaluate alignment.

Nov 17, 2007 · I have an 89 Ford F250, 300 6, standard transmission. I have had nothing but problems with the hydraulic cluch. I have replaced the slave and slave master twice, the clutch, pressure plate and throughout bearing, not too long ago. And once again it will not disengage. I am assuming it is the hydraulic clutch and not the transmission.
