Apr 09, 2008 · My ex husband and I are trying to set up child support for my child and he wants to pay $350 a month, the amount of the support worksheet says I should get around $450 a month. I'm trying to get this resolved without a battle and was wondering if anyone knew if a judge would even let me take less support than the worksheet said?
