Avoid Acer. If I could give minus stars I would.Their customer support is non-existent ,full of excuses and misleading .They do not uphold any warranty and have no interest in trying to give any support or work towards a solution .Avoid if you want a decent working laptop with good customer service.

After a couple of days I checked the order and saw it was in a 'Payment Review' status so I called Acer Sales "support" and spoke with agent (Mark - Agent ID 267), who I spoke with previously. I bought an ACER Aspire V3 371 58C2 back in 2015 and hardly used it until about 18 months ago when my main laptop finally died. While there have been small issues ( fan recently gets noisy but goes away if I hit it :)), the customer support has been fantastic.
