According to KB ATI 2020 should have at least 2 support options: e-mail and chat. Unfortunately there no chat option on Russian site at all. Also I guess there no Priority Phone option too. Phone support limited to day time (till 5pm) and it`s not toll free number. Do you have any plans to add toll free number and chat option?
