According to him, he did not bring his PDA along to US. So there shouldn't be any problem or changes in term of setting on his PDA. As for proxy end, all the users are fine except him.

Jan 03, 2008 · I active sync with my outlook and not with the exchange server. I know for sure I would have not permission to download directly from the server to my PPC. The only problem I have had with ActiveSync and WM5 is using the USB cable. If I use BT to sync then I haven't had any problems.

Dec 21, 2010 · Before I took this step I tried creating a new Active Directory account and assigning the new user account to the old mailbox, but I ran into the same problem. So my last options was to try a new mailbox and that appears to have resolved the issue. I'm guessing the Android phone wasn't able to sync because of a corrupt item in the mailbox.
