Nov 12, 2012 · It looks like your company is using a self signed cert which is just a certificate that was issued by your company which trusts the certificate but other places don't trust the cert. For you to sync you device you will need to install your companies "root certificate" onto your device.

However, despite uninstalling, restarting and reinstalling WM 6.1 as well as doing a reset before synchronising, I keep seeing synchronisation stopped with the Support Code:80070018 displayed.

Subsequent incremental syncs worked fine, until one day I started getting the infamous Support Code 1 along with a long list of Fuze updates that would not sync to Outlook.
