Windows 2003 SBS with Exchange 2003 and WM5 on Samsung i600. We are able to use activesyn with all users except mine (lberro) and i receive support code "0x8503002C". I've searched google and no references to this support code. User "lberro" is member of Administrators. We've tryied defining other admin users to use activesync and works fine.

Sep 15, 2009 · Support Code: 85010008 Case Background: My user in my organization did not have any problem till he went over to US for a month and return. According to him, he did not bring his PDA along to US. So there shouldn't be any problem or changes in term of setting on his PDA. As for proxy end, all the users are fine except him.
