Sep 18, 2007 · Windows XP Professional SP2, ActiveSync 4.5 and Windows Mobile 6.0. ActiveSync installed fine but when I try to sync for the first time, I get the support code 85010014 and no information has synced with my Mogul. I've uninstalled, re-installed, downloaded a version from microsoft.com and installed but I still can't get the syncing to work.

Jan 05, 2009 · In fact, anything approaching a fix appears to be pure accident. I am stuck in the middle. Microsoft will not provide support for ActiveSync. I have spent hours on the phone with Verizon Tech support and they can't figure it out. The phone manufacturer (HTC) does not support Active Sync. I have a phone that will not work as represented.

I have just installed Office 2007 and have ActiveSync 4.5.0 (Build 5096) that is syncing with a Samsung BlackJack that runs Windows Mobile 5 Smartphone. I am getting this same 85010014 support code. Anyone have any ideas?
