So I go into activesync put the correct credentials in and I the following happens: Synchronizing... Synchronized: None. So I click view status: Result: ActiveSync encountered a problem on the server. Support Code: 0x85010014. ActiveSync encountered a problem on the desktop Support Code 85010014. I went to the ActiveSync website where it recommended uninstalling/reinstalling Outlook. I did this--I actually uninstalled/reinstalled ALL of Office 2003 SBE. Now, when I go to synchronize, I get the same Support Code message.
