Sep 18, 2007 · Windows XP Professional SP2, ActiveSync 4.5 and Windows Mobile 6.0. ActiveSync installed fine but when I try to sync for the first time, I get the support code 85010014 and no information has synced with my Mogul. I've uninstalled, re-installed, downloaded a version from microsoft.com and installed but I still can't get the syncing to work.

i setup active sync to sync with exchange and i'm back to "active sync encountered a problem on the server" support code 85010014. i suppose i can try the above instructions although i'm not terribly motivated if they are not going to let me have a unit and i'm suposed to suport these things.

Jul 15, 2010 · Thank you for your reply. "Enable HTTP Keep-Alives" was already checked and set for 120 seconds. I change 120 seconds to 600 seconds. The Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync Virtual Directory was already using ASP.NET 1.1.1432.
