I have just spent 90 min on the phone to Adobe support. It seems there is no Surcode option when exporting H264 Blu-ray files in CS6 there was in CS5 and 5.5 The problem has been refered to the next level of support! The work around I am using is to export the pictures with H 264 and the surround sound with MPEG 2 Blu-Ray.
