Oct 24, 2019 · NetFlow v9 is supported on ADTRAN AOS firmware version 17.2.1 or higher. These instructions assume: The date, time and time zone are correctly set on the router. You have Telnet or SSH credentials and access to your ADTRAN NetVanta router.

Yes, with this minimal snapshot, the processor appears to be taxed due to the load of routing, combined with the flow meter (traffic monitoring feature). NetFlow feature is available on AOS data products running firmware version 16.1 or later. But I am not sure if Adtran 1238POE supports NetFlow export. You can verify if it does from this link: AOS Feature Matrix - Product Feature Matrix ADTRAN Support Community
