Nov 04, 2015 · Thank you, but I already tried re-installing the driver multiple times - including with the modem plugged in. Windows Update on the Windows 10 machine states that the driver is "up to date". I just had a rather detailed communication with Hiro technical support, and they claim that the problem is with the LSI/Agere driver.
