Just want to inform that I've built customized version of recently released Android NDK r3 with enabled full C++ support (exceptions, RTTI, Standard C++ library including STL). Both arm-eabi-4.2.1 and arm-eabi-4.4.0 toolchains have full C++ support enabled.
