Feb 05, 2018 · According to OpenSlide's detection heuristic, that's not an Aperio slide because the ImageDescription starts with Motic. Therefore OpenSlide opens the file as a generic TIFF instead. We'd have to modify the detection logic to support this format variant. By the way, this:
