Oct 17, 2017 · After submitting a Technical Support Incident, I got an email with a follow up number. I replied to this email with the follow up number on the top of my mail. This email included things as screenshots, chrash report, xcode project and code sources. All I have to do now is to wait for them to reply me back again?
