Jul 24, 2011 · I also paid $83 for service from the Apple Helpless Desk. I am about to throw my IPAD in the trash and wont buy an IPhone from Verizon until they fix this problem. I dont know what to do I am at a total loss....One day it worked the next it didn't. Now i can not install the software without a roll back and dont get the Apple Mobile Device Support.

How do I get Windows 7 to accept the 'apple mobile device driver' instead of the 'MTP device driver'? It is driving me nuts!! ... Oct 11, 2017 · After the 12.2.2 iTunes update, my phone was no longer recognized when connected. I discovered that the Apple mobile device support component wasn't installing, and, as a result, the apple mobile device usb driver is no longer being loaded when the phone is connected to the computer.
