Mar 22, 2009 · Yes, I just experienced a very similar issue. Wireless keyboard starts blinking and doesn't connect automatically. Found this thread and reset my PRAM + re-paired, but I doubt I needed to do either one. I discovered that the keyboard would connect if I went into system preferences and manually told it to.

Dec 14, 2018 · I have the Apple wireless keyboard and the Magic Trackpad v1. I use Duracell rechargeable 2450mAh batteries in both items, that came in a blister pack of 4 batteries. It seems that one or two of these batteries has a defect. Obviously, I use them in pairs; both pairs work in the keyboard no problem.
