    Dec 07, 2012 · It sounds like Esri's response to this issue is "Just use a raster file format instead." This doesn't solve any problems. Raster file formats like JPG and TIF aren't great for adding design elements to a layout due to their large file size and compression artifacts. Esri should really look into adding EPS or SVG support.
