May 08, 2014 · Hello everyone Do you feel that Anti Surge Support under Monitor menu in Bios is useful? My computer suddenly lost power when I play 3D games. I think maybe Anti Surge Support is not quiet perfect so I disabled it and find FPS in game increased. The problem doesn't happen again. Do you disable Anti Surge Support?

Sep 25, 2014 · Asus Suite told me it was the 3.3v rail that was running too low and that was why the asus anti surge kicked in. To cut a long story short, i removed the PSU from my case as I wanted to test each rail with a multimeter to confirm that the psu was faulty - (as asus suite was suggesting).

Now in some cases it actually works like its intended so while its buggy it sometimes work and the PSU might be broken, so turn off Asus Anti-surge but if you still have problems then it might be a hardware problem.Author: Baasha

Feb 10, 2016 · The PSU voltage is dropping but then recovering back up again. That would cause the ASUS anti-surge to kick off a false positive of trying to protect it's components from over voltage damage (as the voltage is actually return back up to normal levels, but it just see the increase). Do you know what your PSU (Power Supply Unit) is?
