Nov 21, 2018 · for me if i select passthrough and select dhcp fixed and select the router mac address, my asus router goes to internet not connected state. With default server as firewall setting and selecting the static ip from WAN setting from asus i get very slow speed like in 5Mbps or so in wifi and lan both connected to asus

So I bought an 8GB Kingston DDR4 ram and installed it to my Asus to have a total of 12GB of RAM, and it is now running very smooth - a perfect machine. Advise to you guys, since the RAM of asus is upgradeable, just upgrade your machine and all your "slow" problem will be fixed.
