May 02, 2017 · We've moved over to Windows 10 in September but only really noticed issues recently with Laptops loosing network connectivity or taking an age to log on. What I've noticed is that the Wireless Cards in these laptops are based on Atheros AR946x devices and for some reason seem to be stuck on 2.4Ghz and I'm sure they are 5Ghz capable.
