Jun 10, 2018 · Creative have a really patchy track record when it comes to Linux drives which is why I try to avoid Creative these days. When the X-Fi was first released many years ago now, there were similar problems and that is why I have held onto my Audigy 4 Pro for so long (at the time it was the last card known to work in Linux from Creative).

I Tried using WINE to run the setup.exe on the CD, it started out doing fine but when it got to the part where it asked me which programs I wanted to install, it locked WINE up!

Feb 08, 2019 · Hi, I have Sound Blaster Audigy Rx and I've just tried to acquire a stereo microphone but I failed. I've tried both the Mic1 and Mic2: I was able to hear my voice on the speakers, when using an high capture gain, but no sound was passed to the system, meaning I could not use it for skype, record audio, steam voice chat etc.
