Applies to: Automap. Since Avid changed to AAX we have had a problem in finding a solution to Automap plugin control in Pro Tools. Automap works by 'wrapping' plugins which involves adding a small piece of code to each one to allow the Automap server to talk to it.

Apr 10, 2015 · However, as some other stuff wasn't working, I followed the instructions to reset everything for Logic (as quoted above), and lo and behold, automap won't see my NI stuff any more (and opening MainStage doesn't work this time!). I've raised a support ticket with Novation, so we'll see. Thanks for your suggestions anyway.

Automap is now compatible with Pro Tools 11 starting with version 4.9. Pro Tools 11 and later will be recognized with the appropriate version number.
