When Ellen was diagnosed with celiac disease in 1985 at age 40, there was no local support and her gastroenterologist and dietitian had no information on how to manage a gluten-free diet.

Nov 22, 2011 · I am also a Celiac living in Green Bay. My insurance wouldn't cover a nutritionist (celiac disease is not a covered diagnosis) and I don't have the money to pay for it so I have been looking for some support group, and it was my understanding that there was one at St. Mary's but there has been nothing on their calendar about it.
