Sep 30, 2009 · I was able to follow the steps to install BDA on server and things are almost fine except that I am getting the signals in Black & White with lot of static in the sound. Any idea, what I am doing wrong? Could this be the TV tuner card issue? I am using winTV-HVR 1600 on W2K server 2008(X86) using Vista codec.

Oct 02, 2008 · The problem is, NOT all tv card work under server 2008, (even with this BDA setup pack) and i guess thats the case with you as well. Mine is working fine, i can watch HD tv chanells. The problem is not hardware related, but generic BDA framework.

Nov 18, 2013 · Thanks for the reply! The tuner works as i've been using it on my laptop for a while now (Win7 x64) on 2-3 different sofware. As of the DBA support, I extracted the msi file to find both x64 and x86 files so that pretty much answers my question.
