Aug 13, 2015 · Benchmade customer service is by far the best in the industry IMO. This is based on my personal experience with them and having used other company's CS also. I actually get more annoyed when I can't call a company and talk directly to a rep and have to use e-mail.

Aug 04, 2017 · It's now been two months & four emails to Benchmade customer service & i'm still awaiting a reply of some kind. Obviously i have been polite in all of my emails, i mentioned the issue & have offered to pay for a replacement clip even though I don't believe I should, & also stated i'd pay postage costs to the U.K.
