The radiator support in this car is mild steel - it *can* be pulled back into place if slightly bent with no ill effects. But this is severely bent and even though mild steel cannot be pulled back into place without kinking or bending so it should be replaced.

Mar 17, 2008 · you can do it the old skol way just by simply tying a chain to a tree and attach it to your car where it's bent, then back your car up a few times till the bend comes out, but if you do decide to buy a new one, you'd have to get the whole front radiator support since it's all one piece.

Oct 10, 2014 · finally did it and it worked! used some tie straps and looped it around the support instead though since i didnt have a pry bar. only problem is that the straps kind of squeezed the radiator support so i had to bend it back for the radiator to sit flush on the support.

Sep 04, 2009 · A while back I encountered a very steep "dip" in a parking lot. I wasn't moving fast, but it made a loud scraping noise. No visible external damage, but I had the car up on the ramps for a tranny service last night, and it is very obvious the radiator support was pushed back along with the belly pan.
