Feb 22, 2018 · I cannot select "Enable bidirectional support" because it is disabled (Greyed out) Screen shot of the dialog referred to above. Please tell me what I am not doing correctly because I should think that most printers require the Bi-Directional support so surely we are not being prevented from selecting it.

Refer to Open Printer properties in Windows. In Printer Properties dialog box, select the Ports tab. Confirm that the Enable bidirectional support box is checked for the selected driver. If Enable bidirectional support box is not checked, select the box. Select Apply, then select OK to close the Printer Properties window. Try to print again.
