With our setting of 10/5 with our BIPAP we have an iPAP of 10, ePAP of 5, our pressure support would be a 5. Pressure support is 5. As pressure support increases the lungs expand more and allow for increased ventilation which that then allows for clearing of CO2. That’s where that can be really good for COPD.
