Contacting BitFolk support. The primary means of support is through email. Your emails will be entered into the support queue and you'll receive a copy back with a ticket number. Urgent issues. BitFolk's support queue is not monitored 24 hours a day and the vast majority of support requests are not urgent.

Does BitFolk support IPv6? Yes. Native IPv6 connectivity is available by default. It is not currently possible (without some gross hacks) to run an IPv6-only VPS at BitFolk as some BitFolk services are still only available via IPv4, but it is a goal to remedy this.

You can only pay off existing invoices, but if you contact support then BitFolk will create an invoice that represents a prepayment voucher and then you can pay for it by any supported method. This payment will not be refundable, so can only be used for buying BitFolk services .
