Blind is a support gem that provides supported skills with a chance to inflict blind, which greatly reduces an enemy's chance to hit for a short duration.. Spells do not have a chance to hit, the ability to hit with a spell is unaffected by being blinded. An attacker's chance to hit is the direct opposite of the defender's chance to evade.
