Jun 09, 2009 · On designing for the support brackets and lifting lugs, the software is refering me to section 16.10.3a(conditions of applicability: 0.001<=en/Deq<=0.05) of the code. where en is the shell thickness and Deq is the internal diameter of the shell. I can't reduce the thickness of the vessel as it will be overstressed under its internal pressure.
