Jul 30, 2013 · Hi, we have a Britax Boulevard 70 CS. When removing the cover to wash, I discovered one head restraint "wings" is broken- it was only being held in place by the cover. Questions: - Is the seat still safe to use in this condition? (just reassemble and move on?) - It is out of Britax warranty- is it something they would replace? - Or should I just dispose of it and buy another?

Feb 18, 2011 · So I realized my head rest/wings styrofoam is broken on my new boulevard 70. It appears that the new 70 has no plastic backing on the headrest leaving it just floating styrofoam. I am so upset and tried to call Britax but they are closed for the day. Is anyone else having this problem?
