A typical SAN switch will connect to a port of a DWDM switch. The network of switches between the SAN switches in 2 sites are transparent. It seems as a simple connection. So, as far as I know, there is no command to detect it. Ans 2: Both Cisco and Brocade support DWDM. We previously used Brocade 48K and 32B2. Now we have migrated to Cisco M9k.

Dec 27, 2019 · So if Huawei DWDM support Brocade SAN switch then I am looking for this kind of document. On P.41, 7.2 it does not mention Brocade ISL Trunking support with Huawei. It does support other vendors such as Adva, Ciena, Nokia and T8. So if similar kind of Huawei document is available, I want to see if Trunking is support or not.
