Jan 20, 2007 · Don't use Gabest splitter, because it is old and doesn't support newer MKV files. Haali media splitter, though creates some problems with BSP, but it's a bug in BSP. You can always switch to WMP on problematic files.

Jan 17, 2011 · I use bs player for a long time, mostly with 720p mkv files. Sometimes the video runs slower than audio, sometimes the video freezes and after 3-4 secs it plays normally. Yesterday I tried to play a 1080p mkv file, but the fps was 10-12.
