I quite ofter call BT broadband on 0845 6007020 and get diverted to residential broadband then spend 1/2 hr expaining that I am a business user and gies what they cant help. Get a grip BT and get business support 24/7 - you are supposed to be supporters of small buisness but from your performance you cerainly would not notice it !!!!! ...

The 0845 600 7020 (Broadband Faults) number sometimes says "this helpdesk is closed".. Technical Support for broadband is advertised by BT as a 24 hour number yet I randomly get these our helpdesk is closed message. today around 10pm i tried several times and each time just after it says transferring you to an agent, it would say, "this helpdesk is now closed".
