Hi there this is in the hub settings you can getn there by opening a new browser window and clearing the address bar ( the bit that currently as business.forums.bt.com in it) then typin in the hub address this is typically 192.168.1.254 or home if this asks you for a password then this will be the 12 digit serial number on the back of the router

WDMyCloud and Home Hub 6 UpNp issues I'm having issues with connection to my Western Digital MyCloud NAS storage that seem to be UpNp related - in that the UpNp negotiations over ports don't happen and manually setting up port forwadring doesn't seem to work either.

Re: UPnP on Home Hub 3.0 Just don't expect it to work with most things or well with any of them.Works ok for me with xbox and xp but not 2003 server, 2008 server, Windows 7 x64 etc. That and manual port-forwarding is FUBAR...plenty of discussions if you search, especially on port forwarding.

Lots of us do have the same problems, and as gg points out, they are caused by BT seeming to think their responsibility stops at the homehub's internet input, and not providing many of the most basic home networking functions within the homehub.
