My BIOS settings where set as C1E. I switched it to C3E. Upon Windows 7 login the desktop had a blue colour for a while before everything loaded. Same thing happened when I changed back to C1E. What I experience now after this test is that it takes much longer for Windows 7 desktop to fully load.
