Mar 12, 2014 · My sister and I did a version of this diet more than 20 years ago. My Dad made the soup, which was more or less a vegetable soup. He sliced the cabbage really thin, like long ribbons and put it in a couple minutes before we ate it. The cabbage wasn't soft and it was really quite good. The diet itself was difficult when you are used to eating junk.

May 18, 2013 · Never did that one but remember my mother doing the one that was popular in the 90's. Fruit up until noon then normal lunch then only soup for dinner. Not sure I do cabbage soup though I love the leek soup recommended in french women dont get fat.
