Jun 19, 2017 · A dishwasher, next to a stove, and on the other side a sink. We actually needed to install the dishwasher with a supportive panel on either side made from 3/4 ply wood. It doesn't show, only supports the wood counter. We also ran a support rail along the wall.

The highest point is the door, the rest is up to a few inches lower, and not flat. Generally however, to counter just bridges over it anyway, so it might work if you can remove the cabinet framing without disturbing anything. Jaz

May 01, 2010 · Saddly our dishwasher is at the end of the counter so the granite cant be supported on the other end because the stove is adjacent to it. Is there some sort of bracket I can mount to the back wall or am I going to have to go with some sort of sheet metal that will span the entire length of the counter top to support the stone.
