If you are doing a course of 21 hours a week of more you can't claim carers allowance so you will probably find your income support stops. With regards to your fees. As far as I am aware, if you study full time at university (eg, social work) then you would not be entitled to income support as you can apply for a non means tested bursary which you do not have to pay back (around £4000).
