Guys just an FYI – just had this problem and went to the printer web pg and it turned out the wifi connection was the problem. Almost no signal – fixed the signal problem and now printing as normal so defo worth checking that out before going through the other dramas: how to find below:

Then click to add a new printer and select the Default browser view. The MP620 should be in view with bjnetwork shown as its Kind. Select this and I believe the Print Using menu will change to the Canon driver. If the Print Using doesn't automatically select the MP620, then you can 'select a driver to use' and type 620 to shorten the hit list.
