Jun 28, 2017 · Canon Pixma MX870 unable to scan after Windows 10 upgrade I have tried every solution known to man and still unable to get the Canon Pixma MX870 to scan after upgrading to Windows 10. After an exhaustive number of steps taken myself, I spoke with Canon support and an hour later, they suggested I call Microsoft.
