Jul 29, 2019 · We stayed at the City Centre Motel in Colombo Street . Free parking on site and 15 minutes walk straight down the road to the city. Close to Hagley Park (and the botanical gardens) lovely place to walk around and it also has 3 hrs free parking. so great spot to leave the car and walk through the park to the city.

Apr 08, 2019 · In much of the same position as yourself, I’m arriving by train from Picton 2 days before, and my friend is flyin in 1 day before we go together on the train to Greymouth.As we are on a budget, booked Jailhouse Accommodation for my friend and I. According to Google Maps it’s 1.6 km to walk, or else there’s a bus (4.2 NZD or 2.65 NZD each without/with Metrocard), or Uber for 7-8 NZD.
