Sep 19, 2015 · You will need to contact a Cisco Rep. NOTE: Cisco has announced the EOL for this ASA. "End of New Service Attachment" was September of last year so you might not be able to get a new service contract. I would still try a Cisco rep; they still might be able to get you a service contract as long as you are trying to renew.

The ASA and AnyConnect products are very full-featured, but without a service contract, you don't have software update entitlement. The service contract gives you not only updates but unlimited Technical Assistance Center (TAC) support so 100 euros is actually a great deal.
