Oct 18, 2010 · I dont know what terminal program you are using, but hyperterminal has an option to transfer. It has a sub-option to capture text, in which you can copy it to a text file. Then do the show tech-support command and all the output flows to that text file saved to whatever file name you want to give it, and wherever you want to store it.
